How it works
Understand Yourself listens to what you share — by text or voice — and returns a structured reflection. It is a companion for awareness, not therapy or a diagnosis.
Write or speak freely about a feeling, a dilemma, or something that keeps returning. There is no right way to begin.
Your words are organised into categories: concerns, deeper reflection, and — when useful — a brief science note about stress, sleep, or mood in general terms.
Each theme offers four distinct options: look inward, something with others, a small experiment, and a longer-view step. You try what fits — never all at once.
Sessions stay in your history so you can revisit patterns over time, in the language you prefer for reflections.
Your reflections are for you. The app does not replace a psychologist, psychiatrist, or doctor. If you are in distress, reach out to a qualified professional or local emergency services.
